Well, it seems the Dems are just as sneaky as the Republicans, doesn’t it?
I wonder how Hil and John will explain this to their rival candidates.

This is just another proof that the celebdidates, be they dem or repub, have a sense that they are entitled to control the electoral process. Shame on the MSM and others for not taking this perfect moment to ask why third party candidates are always excluded from these debates. There is the real problem. Not only that the top celebdidates of both parties push their fellow party members out, but that they push any and all possible competitors out every chance they get. Our government is broken because or electoral system is engineered by the two parties to be completely controlled by said two parties.
Only by withdrawing our support from the dems and repubs, and giving our votes to third party candidates can we hope to break the vice grip on the electoral process and our government that the dems and repubs continue to use to pervert or democracy.

Yeah, while I’m not quite as negative about the process as you are, I tend to agree about a two party system being bad for the country.
But I think it goes deeper than that. It seems that whenever someone starts out wanting to do good for the nation and gets involved in the political process, they soon become corrupted by that process…and the power that it gives them.
We see it all too often. I think the Clintons are a perfect example of this corruption, although the present administration certainly has it’s own closeted skeletons.
It was Lord Acton that said: Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely.
And so it goes…
